3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided are valid for the period specified. When no period is specified, quotes expire after 30 days. Unexpected additional work identified while on site may result in extra charges; we will inform you before proceeding.

4. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash, EFT and card payments. Overdue amounts may attract interest and recovery costs. Non-payment may lead to suspension of further services.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule, please notify us promptly. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur charges where we have reserved time and resources.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from our services is limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by law. We maintain industry-standard insurance cover.

7. Warranties

Warranties for repairs or installations will be provided in writing where applicable. Warranties are subject to proper use, maintenance and not being altered by third parties. To claim under warranty, contact us with job details and proof of service.
